“Prime Ministers of India” helped re-uniting two Mughal’s families after 150 years

NEW DELHI, December 4: India’s all Prime Ministers including Dr. Manmohan Singh would in a way helped in reuniting two families of the Mughal dynasty living in India and Pakistan almost after one-and-half century. Mughals had ruled Indian subcontinent for more than 300 years and lasted in 1862 when the last lineage of Mughal emperors Bahadur Shah Zafar died in Ragoon at the age of 87.

The recently published 444-page hard bound pictorial coffee-table book “Prime Ministers of India:Bharat Bhagya Vidhata-1947-2009”, to rehabilitate Sultana Begum, the surviving kin of Bahadur Shah Zafar, became instrumental in re-uniting the two families living in two countries.

Compiled and edited by a senior journalist Shivnath Jha and his educationist wife Neena Jha, the book will be handed over to Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh likely.
